What is a Pre-Purchase House Survey Report
A Pre-Purchase House Survey is normally conducted prior to a property being purchased and usually at the ‘Sale Agreed’ stage.
Only suitably qualified Engineers, Architects, or Property Surveyors who carry suitable Professional Indemnity Insurance should be appointed by the purchaser to carry out these important works.
