Denis Creedon graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Engineering Civil / Structural degree and was elected to become a Chartered Engineer in 2015.
Denis worked in Dublin on a wide range and diversity of civil & structural projects before moving to his home town in Cork.
Denis is a Chartered Engineer who has been in private practice since 2003 and carries professional indemnity insurance.
Completed projects include housing estates, industrial, factory and warehouse buildings, commercial office and retail projects, agricultural and residential developments.
What we do
Denis Creedon Consulting Engineering & Company has worked on domestic, commercial, agricultural and industrial projects. Our main area of expertise is domestic dwellings which we have focused on more in recent years due to high demand. Our work includes design & planning applications for new builds and extensions, along with construction stage supervision & final certification.
We carry out Property Surveys of second hand houses which has become one of our busiest services. We understand the needs of our clients and we aim to have short lead times for inspections and quick turn around of our reports, usually 2-3 days from the date of the survey.
We carry out Snag List inspections and boundary checks for new build houses in housing estates and we carry out mapping works for Land Registry mapping requirements. We deal with all leading Banks, Solicitors, Auctioneers and other industry professionals in serving our clients needs.
